A local breakout jazz band that’s been hitting underground stages throughout New York City is back in Scallop Bay! The Tom Cats have been experimenting with brass jazz sounds since being stuck in lockdown as roommates. They’ve just finished recording their new record and will be debuting some of their new pieces right here in their hometown.
